Kyastal Inc. (located at 3-8-18 Taishibashi, Asahi-ku, Osaka, Japan; Representative: Kazuki Kuriyama; hereinafter referred to as “Kyastal”) handles customer information in relation to the application provided by Kyastal (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”) as follows. This Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Application Policy”) applies to customers who use the Application, along with the Privacy Policy posted on Kyastal’s website (https://kyastal.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Website Policy”) and the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the Application. By using the Application, customers are deemed to have agreed to this Application Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Website Policy and this Application Policy, this Application Policy shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
In this Application Policy, “personal information” refers to the personal information as defined by the Personal Information Protection Act and attribute information related to specific individuals (such as email addresses, usage history, usage fees, etc.).
1. Purpose of Using Collected Information
Kyastal may collect and use the following information in the Application:
Information Provided by Customers:
Age or Date of Birth
Full Name, Username, or Nickname
Email Address
Password or other information necessary for identity verification when accessing an account
User Profile (profile picture, username or nickname, gender, biography, links to social media profiles, information provided in the profile, user ID)
Other information specified by Kyastal to be collected within the Application
Information Collected in Campaigns:
Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Gender, or Date of Birth
Customer Support Information:
Contact Information (name, email address, etc.), device type, OS details, activity within the Application, or user ID
Information Collected via Log Files and Tracking Technologies:
Cookies, IP address, device type, device identifier, browser type, browser language, referrer and exit pages, platform type, click count, domain name, landing page, page views, page sequence, URLs of each page, time spent on each page, date and time of activities in the Application, and other related information
Location Information:
Location data transmitted from devices
Device Information:
Device details (device identifier, IP address, OS details, etc.)
Payment Information:
When purchasing virtual currency or other products in the Application, Kyastal may obtain billing and payment information provided to third-party payment service providers by the customer.
Information Obtained via External Service Integration:
For integration or authentication with external services such as Facebook or Google, Kyastal may collect user IDs and other information permitted by the customer for disclosure to the external service provider.
2. Purpose of Using Collected Information
Kyastal uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:
To provide the Application
To prevent fraudulent use
To create and analyze statistical data related to the use of the Application
To conduct surveys related to the Application
To respond to customer inquiries
To notify customers about information related to the Application
To deliver advertisements and confirm their effectiveness
To offer new features related to the Application
To conduct prize draws and ship products in campaigns
To verify customer identity
To bill fees and process charges
To add or deduct virtual currency or points
To maintain systems and address malfunctions
To contact customers about purchases and notify them of changes to terms or policies related to the Application
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Kyastal may provide personal information to third parties in the following cases:
When the customer has given prior consent

Kyastal may entrust the processing of personal information to service providers (including those located abroad) to achieve the purposes described in Section 2. In such cases, Kyastal will implement appropriate safeguards and supervise the service providers appropriately.

When integrating with external services such as Facebook or Google, Kyastal may provide customer information to those service providers.
Provision to Advertisers:
Kyastal may provide customer information (including location data, technical data, statistical data, and usage data) to advertisers and providers of advertising products.
Third-Party Tools for Advertising and Analytics:
Kyastal and third-party providers may collect and use data through advertising and analytics tools. No personally identifiable information will be included.

4. Access to Personal Information

5. Personal Information of Minors
Minors using the Application and providing personal information must do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.
6. Proper Management of Personal Information
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, customers can request corrections, additions, deletions, suspension of use, or erasure of their personal information. Kyastal may ask for identity verification before processing these requests.
7. Changes to the Application Policy
Kyastal may revise this Application Policy. The revised policy will take effect once it is published in the Application, and continued use of the Application will indicate acceptance of the revised policy.
